Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin in Charlotte, NC to own architecture and governance of the Salesforce platform.

You will bridge Salesforce with the company's ERP system and data warehouse, maintain data integrity for reporting, and build Lightning pages, flows, and leadership dashboards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Salesforce Admin, strong experience with guided flows for non-technical users, and a Sales Ops/RevOps background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Admin.
• Experience designing guided, user-facing flows and dynamic forms for non-technical users.
• Career path rooted in Sales Ops or RevOps before transitioning to Salesforce Admin.
• Track record solving business requirements through flows/automation rather than custom code.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and governance for Salesforce across the organization.
• Bridge Salesforce with ERP and enterprise data warehouse; ensure data cleanliness for downstream reporting.
• Build persona-specific Lightning pages, guided flows, and dashboards for leadership visibility.

IDR is seeking aSr Salesforce Admin to join one of our top clients in Charlotte, NCas a long term opportunity.If you are looking for an opportunity to join anorganization who has invested in bleeding edge technology - At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who can be employed directly on a W-2 basis. C2C, 1099, and third-party vendor arrangements are not available for this position.

Position Overview for the Sr Salesforce Admin:

• Sole Salesforce SME for a fast-growing, multi-site services organization built through acquisition. You'll own platform architecture and governance, bridge Salesforce with the company's ERP system and enterprise data warehouse, and keep data clean for downstream reporting. You'll also build persona-specific Lightning pages and guided flows for field, project, and estimating teams, plus dashboards for leadership visibility. Admin title, architect-level scope — this is the person who brings order to a platform that's grown fast through M&A.

Required Skills for the Sr Salesforce Admin:

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Admin
