Job description

We are seeking talented Sr. Sales Specialists to join our high-performing, double-digit sales growth team in the Mid-Sized Law Firm segment. This role focuses on new business development from current and prospective customers and is part of a new team dedicated to proactively search for leads and generate sales of our high-growth products, including Practical Law, Document Intelligence, and CoCounsel.

About the Products:

  • Practical Law: A legal know-how solution that enhances traditional legal research, offering a strong growth potential in the Mid-Sized market.
  • Document Intelligence: An AI-powered tool that simplifies contract analysis, acquired by Thomson Reuters.
  • CoCounsel: Our latest product, an AI Legal Assistant powered by GPT-4, aimed at driving new growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Provide consultative sales to law firm executives and attorneys to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  2. Sell complex, transactional solutions to law firms of 11 to 200+ attorneys.
  3. Own your territory with proactive prospecting and opportunity development.
  4. Use advanced sales skills to educate prospects and close multiple product sales.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  6. Maintain post-sale relationships for upselling opportunities.
  7. Complete all sales activities and reporting in Salesforce and other tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience selling innovative technology, software, or content solutions.
  • Proven success in closing key prospects and achieving quotas.
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong skills with MS Office, Salesforce, and communication platforms.
