As a Sr Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our rotary and turbine gas metering products. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales, guidance, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market guidance.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and can work remotely anywhere in the United States, with Houston TX being the preferred location. This role will require about 50% travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market guidance

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $107k - $150k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $107k - $150k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
