The Role

The Sr Sales Operations Consultant designs programs to aid the sales organization in the sales process. Working closely with multiple internal organizations, the Sr Sales Operations Consultant ensures the needs of the sales force are met providing a sales environment that enhances the sales process to help meet customer expectations.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Leads projects for the Sales organization to positively impact their sales results.
  • Evaluate and analyze organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify issues or areas of concern like field support, contracts, strategic relationships, account coordination coverage, or information.
  • Determine and initiate required follow-up and/or additional analyses.
  • Create reports, analyze accounts and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Deliver training to customers and/or sales employees.
  • Cross-functional team work
What We Look For in a Candidate

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Experience in the IT Business Solutions or Telecom industry.
  • Experience with the operational functions of a sales organization.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$66,375 - $88,500 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$73,013 - $97,350 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
