Description
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst focuses on optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve sales performance. The Sales Ops Analyst will work closely with Custom Health sales teams and other departments to improve efficiency and increase revenue. Key duties include data analysis, reporting, CRM management, process improvement, and sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track sales performance and identify areas needing attention.
- Develop and implement sales reporting and analytics systems.
CRM Management and Optimization:
- Manage and administer the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Help implement and optimize sales processes within the CRM.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, IT) to implement process improvements. Sales Forecasting and Quota Setting:
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Help set realistic and ambitious sales targets.
Sales Tool Management and Training:
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sales tools and technologies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of sales tools and processes.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales strategy and decision-making.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales teams, managers, and other departments to ensure sales goals are met.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills are essential for analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is often required.
- Ability to create clear and concise reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and other relevant tools.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business operations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, data analytics) is generally required with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
