Sr. Sales Executive, Kansas City
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Remote – Kansas City (Territory will be MO, KS, NE)
Opportunity
Responsible for executing, planning, scheduling, conducting and evaluating all comprehensive and detailed sales activities within an assigned territory/account. Promote and service Kohler Co. plumbing products through authorized Kohler wholesaler accounts to builders, plumbers, contractors, other specifiers and users in accordance with established company goals, policies, and procedures. Prepares annual sales forecast. Will be assigned special assignments and projects by Branch Manager.

The salary range for this position is $87,700 - $109,600 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program.
