You will champion the innovative power of our solution offerings within the reseller channel and ISV partners, helping these partners become more effective in selling our solutions. You’ll collaborate with our Business Unit, which drives the portfolio strategy and future innovations, to identify requirements and ensure adequate training and support for your solution-selling efforts. Our solutions include integrated hardware, software, and services from Lenovo and third-party development partners. This role involves direct client interaction and requires industry experience, expertise in closing deals, driving adoption of AI and new immersive cloud technologies, and achieving significant growth.

This position can be located anywhere in the US with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Articulating the benefits of XR / Collaboration/ Digital Transformation / and other immersive related solutions.
  2. Understanding XR technologies, their practical applications, and how they meet customer needs.
  3. Familiarity with the XR ecosystem and market competition.
  4. Building relationships with Lenovo core sales teams; supporting as an XR Sales Specialist and managing a territory.
  5. Managing the full sales cycle with Lenovo Sellers, Channel Sellers, and End Users.
  6. Developing relationships with decision-makers responsible for use case solution choices.
  7. Collaborating with business and channel partners to secure new business through solution selling.

Basic Job Requirements:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of solution sales experience (hardware, software, and services).

Preferred Job Requirements:

  1. Business Acumen.
  2. Proven success in building business within named accounts.
  3. Experience meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level customers.
  5. Familiarity with AR/VR, XR solutions; HW and SW: MDMs and ISVs.
  6. Experience in closing new business and managing existing account relationships.
  7. High performance track record.
  8. Solution-selling and value-selling techniques expertise.
  9. Ability to travel up to 50%.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000, with potential bonuses and commissions. Lenovo’s benefits are detailed at www.lenovobenefits.com.
