Job summary

QCELLS North America in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Sr. Sales and Operations Specialist to lead the development and execution of sales and operations plans for our solar modules.

You will collaborate across Sales, Production and Logistics to optimize the S&OP process and drive supply chain efficiency. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, strong communication, data analysis, Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Efficiently manage Purchase Orders from sales equities, Sales Orders, shipment timelines, and delivery schedules while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Meticulously manage monthly sales transactions, issue invoices, and administer payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams involved in Sales, Production, and Logistics to optimize the S&OP process.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless coordination.
• Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process activities.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
