Hobson Prior is seeking a Sr Safety Specialist to join our client's team in New Jersey. In this role, you will support both regional and global drug safety projects, focusing on marketing applications and clinical development programs. You will play a key role in managing project timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing global safety teams and track safety activities.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring productive outcomes.
• Support the planning and execution of global marketing applications.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely completion of safety tasks.
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Develop purchase orders and manage invoice processing for services rendered.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in life or health sciences or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and drug safety databases is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
