Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes and driver assignments to ensure on-time service and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, dispatch, and operations leadership.
• Monitor freight movement and communicate shipment updates, delays, and service issues.
• Support driver scheduling, attendance tracking, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure drivers are operating safely and in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Investigate and resolve transportation, service, and driver-related issues.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to drivers.
• Track operational KPIs related to service, safety, productivity, attendance, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain accurate reports, operational documentation, and compliance records.
• Support daily dispatch operations and troubleshoot transportation issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with customer representatives to resolve concerns and support production requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service performance.
