Thrive Roofing Co. in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Sr. Roofing Sales Professional for a full-time, year-round W2 role.

You’ll earn a base salary plus unlimited commission and will build a pipeline, close opportunities, and lead roof-inspection and insurance restoration processes with homeowners. This position requires at least 3 years of proven roofing sales experience, residential insurance restoration expertise, and strong communication to develop referrals and repeat business.

Sr. Roofing Sales Professional | W2 + Base Salary + Commission

Thrive Roofing Co. is looking for an experienced roofing sales professional to join our growing Denver team.

This is a full-time, year-round W2 role for someone who already knows residential roofing and insurance restoration. You’ll earn a base salary plus unlimited commission, with clear sales expectations and the support of an experienced roofing team.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads sales role. We will provide company-generated opportunities, but we’re looking for someone who also knows how to build a pipeline, create opportunities, and turn one job in a neighborhood into the next.

During the active roofing season, evening and weekend work is required.

What You’ll Do

• Work and close company-generated opportunities

• Prospect and generate your own business

• Conduct residential roof inspections

• Run insurance adjuster appointments

• Scope roofs and document project details

• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process

• Present solutions and secure signed contracts

• Generate referrals and neighborhood opportunities

• Consistently follow up with prospects and customers

• Maintain an organized, active sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of proven roofing sales experience

• Residential insurance restoration experience

• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business

• Strong follow-up and pipeline management

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Compensation: $105,000–$150,000

Compensation includes a base salary based on experience plus unlimited commission potential.
