Job summary

Thrive Roofing Co. in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Sr. Roofing Sales Professional for a full-time, year-round W2 role.

You’ll earn a base salary plus unlimited commission and will build a pipeline, close opportunities, and lead roof-inspection and insurance restoration processes with homeowners. This position requires at least 3 years of proven roofing sales experience, residential insurance restoration expertise, and strong communication to develop referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven roofing sales experience.
• Residential insurance restoration experience required.
• Experience conducting roof inspections and adjuster appointments.
• Ability to accurately scope residential roofs.
• Strong closing skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work and close company-generated opportunities.
• Prospect and generate your own business.
• Conduct residential roof inspections.
• Run insurance adjuster appointments.

• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.
