About The Job

The Risk and Operational Compliance (Senior) Analyst analyzes and reviews accounting data, financial statements, and documents to assess compliance with department policies and procedures, Service Organization Controls, and audit requirements. This role involves engaging with client delivery teams and other departments to ensure the SOC framework remains relevant.

What You Will Do

• Perform advanced compliance system assessments to confirm compliance with regulations, practices, and policies.
• Use aggregate data to create reports with improvements and recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for CBRE employees across AMS and EMEA, acting as liaison with HR and operational teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues.
• Assist in creating policies, procedures, and audit requirements across multiple lines of business.
• Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding and data privacy audits.
• Identify gaps in policies and review system assessments for compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments and IT for project implementations.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for onboarding and screening systems and processes.
• Communicate violations to management and document processes to ensure consistency.
• Mentor junior associates and manage documentation related to onboarding activities.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sophisticated analytical skills and ability to interpret documents and present information confidently.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Technical experience to analyze solutions and apply judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mentality.

Disclaimers
