About The Job:

The Risk and Operational Compliance (Senior) Analyst analyzes and reviews accounting data, financial statements, and documents to assess compliance with department policies and procedures, Service Organization Controls, and audit requirements. The role involves engaging with client delivery teams and other departments to ensure the SOC framework remains relevant.

What You Will Do:

  1. Perform advanced compliance system assessments to confirm compliance with regulations, practices, and policies.
  2. Use data from multiple sources to create reports of improvements and recommendations.
  3. Coordinate onboarding activities for CBRE employees across AMS and EMEA, acting as liaison between the account team and local HR and operational teams.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues.
  5. Assist in creating policies, procedures, and audit requirements for multiple lines of business, evaluating risks across compliance areas.
  6. Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding and data privacy audits.
  7. Identify gaps in policies and review system assessments for compliance alignment.
  8. Coordinate with other departments and IT to facilitate project implementations.
  9. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processes, especially onboarding and screening systems.
  10. Communicate results and violations to management.
  11. Document definitions, processes, and practices for consistency.
  12. Mentor junior associates.
  13. Apply general principles and techniques to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
  14. Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE RISE values.
  15. Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
  16. Explain complex information clearly to others.
  17. Manage attestation documentation related to onboarding and screening activities.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Sophisticated analytical skills and ability to interpret documents and present information confidently.
  • Understanding of procedures and standards to solve somewhat complex problems.
  • Technical experience to analyze solutions and apply judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Disclaimers
