Early Warning - Senior Risk Analyst

Overall Purpose

The Sr. Risk Analyst supports the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management in executing, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s enterprise risk management program, including the three-lines of defense.

Essential Functions

1. Lead enterprise risk management projects as delegated.
2. Develop and maintain Early Warning’s Enterprise Risk Scorecards.
3. Contribute to the annual enterprise risk assessment, risk appetite statement, and risk tolerances.
4. Design Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and manage their performance reporting.
5. Coordinate risk assessments, including RCSAs and GRC updates.
6. Create and distribute risk reports to management.
7. Prepare reports for ERM, Risk & Security, and Management Committees.
8. Record risk data in the GRC system.
9. Create and maintain GRC system reports.
10. Support the protection of systems and data integrity and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Six+ years risk experience, including 3+ in financial services.
• Knowledge of the three-lines of defense model.
• Experience with risk management frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills across organizational functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, ARM, CERA, FRM, CRM, or CPCU.
