A leading company in the retail sector is seeking a Sr. Retail Labor Analyst to manage labor planning and reporting strategies across all stores. This role involves data-driven decision-making, developing forecasting models, and working closely with executives to enhance labor allocation. The Sr. Retail Labor Analyst supports labor planning, labor allocation and labor reporting strategies for all retail stores by using multiple complex data sets and field insights to design informed workload modeling, actionable reporting, and meaningful recommendations to Executives, Store teams, and corporate partners.
