Responsibilities

• Sales: Up-sell and cross-sell AAA products, memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals.
• Travel Assistance: Help members plan trips, including car rentals, hotels, and packages.
• Customer Service: Handle overflow calls for Roadside Assistance efficiently.
• Backup Support: Assist with Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Sales & Customer Service: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Communication: Effective written and oral skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating websites and programs.
• Geography Knowledge: Basic understanding beneficial.
• Notary Public: Or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Background Check: Satisfactory pre-employment and ongoing screening.
