About the Role

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming, engaging in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space. If you're passionate about sustainability, love building relationships, and aim to make every customer experience extraordinary, join our Retail Team!

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
  • Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, assist, and educate customers.
  • Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales.
  • Conduct customer outreach via company tools and communication methods.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly for a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening, closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Use company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support operations.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety, standards, and risk minimization.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with technology for sales, product demos, and CRM systems
  • Support omni-channel customer experience in-store and remotely
  • Ability to travel to stores, vendors, and meetings as required
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and data
  • Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing

Associates are eligible for up to 26 hours of paid time off annually, with overtime and holiday pay as per policies. Pay varies based on location, experience, and skills.
