Blattner is seeking a Senior IT Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain highly available IT systems supporting construction and field operations. You will manage cloud integration, networking, and edge computing to ensure operational continuity across remote sites and offices.

With 5+ years in IT infrastructure or DevOps, you will lead incident response, build robust monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, site reliability or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Leads incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) for IT outages affecting operations.
• Develops and maintains monitoring and observability tools to ensure uptime and performance of critical systems (e.g., ERP, project management, GIS).

STEP INTO THE ROLE

What You’ll Need

• 5 or more years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, site reliability or DevOps roles.

What Sets You Apart

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / DevOps Engineer or ITIL Foundation or SRE Practitioner preferred.


• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace), scripting, and automation.


• Experience supporting construction or industrial field operations is highly preferred.

$100,561.00 - $145,814.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
