What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, monitor, and interpret federal and state regulation changes in healthcare
- Collaborate with program editors to identify and fill content gaps related to regulations and standards of care
- Maintain a regulatory/compliance database and inform stakeholders of new and changed regulations
- Recommend necessary changes or additions to course content based on regulatory or guideline updates
- Assist in identifying healthcare professional licensure and re-licensure requirements for course development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Nursing; advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a clinical management position
- Clinical or healthcare-related experience required
- Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
