Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a group of plants, deploying Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants within a region.
  • Support deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen in all plants as needed, beyond the regional scope.
  • Train and develop plant CI Managers and team members through programs like Cornerstone Production System College, Kaizen events, and training materials.
  • Assist plants in developing Annual Plans using Kaizen methodology, including training, development, and meeting financial targets.
  • Conduct monthly follow-up calls to ensure plants meet their Annual Plans, providing support where necessary.
  • Coordinate activities such as Fresh Eyes, Line Balancing, and Standardized Work to achieve cost-reduction targets.
  • Support pre- and post-launch Kaizen activities for new products in any plant within CBB requiring assistance.
  • Provide support to underperforming plants to help meet targets.
  • Oversee CBB Production System audits for plants at award level.
  • Ensure standardized deployment of corporate CBB Production System concepts across all plants.
  • This role requires 75% travel, including international travel with a valid passport.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related fields.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change and teach others.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles.
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen Events, Kaizen College, and Fresh Eyes activities.
