As a Senior Recruiter at Yoh Services LLC, you will play a pivotal role in executing the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure that key leadership positions and individual contributor roles, primarily supporting Yoh, are filled efficiently and effectively. This role demands a strategic partner who can facilitate workforce planning and provide expert advice to clients on the best approaches for filling open positions. Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive job descriptions, determining optimal candidate sourcing strategies, structuring interviews, and coordinating compelling offer packages. Additionally, you will be charged with developing robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates through dedicated research, in-depth screening, and extensive networking. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR leadership, you will continuously refine the candidate and hiring manager experience while championing Yoh and Day & Zimmerman as employers of choice. In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
