Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sr Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to join a client in San Jose, CA. This is a temporary, 100% onsite role.

The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding support, partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs and deliver service levels. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience, with a background in recruiting for technology domains such as semiconductor,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technology domains such as semiconductor, engineering, and information technology.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence hiring decisions in a matrixed, global environment.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, talent attraction, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing.
• High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process excellence.

• High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process excellence
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications, and strong relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders
