Ferrero SpA is seeking a skilled recruiter to join its team in Orangeburg, South Carolina. You will play a critical role in building the organization and shaping the culture as the largest food manufacturing facility in the network is established. This position involves managing full-cycle recruiting and developing talent pipelines for multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, along with a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional candidate experiences while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

The salary range for this role is $66,457 - $93,039 annually.
