The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

A role in Real Estate involves developing and executing growth strategies by identifying, acquiring, and developing guest-facing properties. You will negotiate transactions, manage store lifecycle, site selection, remodels, and property portfolio negotiations and dispositions.

As a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop real estate strategies within your territory
• Gain expertise in local markets, including store performance, competition, demographics
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and external partners
• Coordinate with developers and municipalities for approvals
• Negotiate legal agreements and manage responses to government takings
• Interpret legal documents and advise internal teams
• Build relationships with industry counterparts
• Manage the disposal of excess real estate

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Real Estate, MBA, JD, engineering, architecture, or similar preferred
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, including complex and politically sensitive projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across levels
• Intermediate proficiency with business applications
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and legal review experience
