As a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will lead real estate strategies, manage store lifecycle, site selection, negotiations, and property dispositions within your region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute real estate strategies for assigned territories.
• Manage store performance, site selection, and portfolio negotiations.
• Coordinate with developers, municipalities, and legal teams for approvals and legal documents.
• Respond to government property takings and interpret legal agreements.
• Build relationships with industry counterparts and manage real estate assets.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, MBA, JD, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, especially with complex projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with business applications and legal document review.

This role is a Hybrid/Flex arrangement based on business needs, requiring onsite and virtual work at Target’s MN location. Work outside the U.S. is not permitted unless specified.
