Leveraging advanced software automation, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and AI-driven capabilities, IDT aims to accelerate capability development, enhance operational readiness, and reduce lifecycle costs for the Department of Defense. We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Radar Systems Engineer with Subject Matter Expertise in Aegis Combat System radar components, specifically SPY-1D/D(V) or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Radar Control Computer (RCC) and Radar Signal Processor (SigPro), including diagnostics, software-hardware interaction, and performance tuning for Aegis Baseline 7/9. The candidate should have a demonstrated understanding of real-time radar system operation, waveform generation, and digital signal processing techniques. This position involves working closely with IWS Navy stakeholders, advisors, and national laboratories for implementing new capabilities.
