Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Senior Quality Technician to join our Brillion, WI team. You’ll provide advanced quality support across manufacturing operations, lead audits and CAPA, and drive continuous improvement with Lean tools.

You’ll mentor technicians and collaborate with engineering to strengthen process capability and reduce risk. The role emphasizes solving complex quality challenges, maintaining records, and supporting supplier quality while ensuring compliance with design and regulatory

Qualifications

  • Experience with precision measurement tools and GD&T in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation of CAD models.
  • Familiarity with quality systems and problem solving (PPAP, PFMEA, SPC).
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for quality trends.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Perform audits, inspections, testing, and measurements per specs.
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and support safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Collect and communicate quality data to drive improvement and reduce risk.

Job Description

AriensCo is looking for a Senior Quality Technician to join our team in Brillion, WI! In this impactful role, you’ll provide advanced quality support to manufacturing operations, helping ensure our products and processes consistently meet quality standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization. You’ll play a key role in audits, inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, standard work development, and coaching Quality Technicians. You’ll collaborate closely with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams to improve process capability, reduce risk, solve complex quality challenges, and strengthen overall operational performance. Schedule & Shift

Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM

THE DAY TO DAY...

Support manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with design, customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements

Perform audits, inspections, testing, and measurement activities using prints, CAD models, specifications, and precision measurement equipment

Provide floor support by troubleshooting quality issues, removing barriers, and supporting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals

Identify, contain, document, and disposition nonconforming material per established procedures

Lead or support root cause investigations, corrective actions, containment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives using quality and Lean tools

Collect, analyze, and communicate quality data, trends, and process metrics to drive improvement and reduce risk

Apply quality tools including SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, process audits, and PPAP to improve process capability

Support supplier quality, incoming inspection, customer concerns, and issue resolution as needed

Maintain inspection records, calibration traceability, standard work, training materials, and quality documentation

Mentor technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams on quality standards, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools

Serve as a technical quality resource and escalation point for production, leadership, suppliers, and customers

Support continuous improvement of quality systems, process controls, and operational best practices

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Quality Manufacturing Certificate or Associate’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred

Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools, blueprint reading, GD&T, CAD models, and manufacturing quality principles

Experience with quality systems and problem-solving methodologies, including SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and support data-driven decisions

Understanding of traceability, calibration systems, nonconforming material processes, and quality and safety compliance requirements

Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and quality best practices

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience training, mentoring, and supporting cross-functional teams
