Our Global Quality Systems team is responsible for supporting our continued growth by defining and implementing quality systems across all Milwaukee Tool facilities.

Your Role on Our Team:
The Senior Quality Systems Engineer will key role in leading the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge quality systems that drive global excellence. You'll have the opportunity to define and roll out innovative Quality Management IT systems, enhancing efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with global team members, mentor the next generation of quality professionals, and be at the forefront of ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of Global Quality Systems and processes
Partner with IT and data functions to define requirements for scalable, sustainable enterprise-wide Quality Management Systems
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with corporate standards and processes
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Mentor and train quality engineers and other staff on quality principles and practices
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals
Participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Systems within manufacturing or corporate environments
3+ years Auditing experience
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, using broad guidelines and objectives
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, UL)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in quality tools (e.g. Statistical Process Control (SPC)), methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and IT solutions (e.g. Minitab, WinSPC)
Experience with large-scale change management initiatives
Ability to travel globally, up to 40% of the time (North America, Europe, and Asia
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, CQA)
Experience in manufacturing of consumer products, electrical components, or motors
