We are located at US-GA-MIDLAND-MPC ~ 8801/8987 Macon Rd ~ BLDG MPC, United States of America. This position is classified as Onsite.

What You Will Do:
- You are expected to reflect leadership behaviors hold self and others accountable, encourage teamwork and deliver a quality work product - you are expected to lead by example and in accordance with Pratt & Whitney culture and values expectations
- Coach employees to develop a motivated, effective team and proactively address performance issues, as needed
- Lead process improvement opportunities using Lean strategies to enhance quality
- Implement root-cause corrective actions in a timely manner to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Meet and track the operation schedule for quality functions, while maintaining a quality product, plan and execute contingency plans
- Conduct activities to modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols
- Evaluate technical data and work instructions in support of Engineering and Operations
- Identify and manage risk utilizing and driving UPPAP core elements (e.g., PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify risk in product development and propose risk management solutions
- Conduct investigations, provide analysis and develop recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities
- Develop proactive quality initiative strategies and drive their implementation
- Promote the Quality culture in the business, through compliance to the QMS and adherence to Quality Cardinal Rules
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience to include leading teams, quality or manufacturing or operations and continuous improvement or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include leading teams, quality or manufacturing or operations and continuous improvement
- Experience leading product or process non-conformance investigations (i.e., DIVEs)
- Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
- Experience with AS9100/AS9110 standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficient in Solumina G8 or equivalent Engine Maintenance System
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis using Excel
- Experience driving UPPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans)
- Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six-sigma
- Experience communicating with all levels of leadership; both written and verbal communication
