Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts for Quality Engineering processes.
  • Experience with AS9102 (First Article Inspection) methodology / implementation and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventive actions.

You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across design, production, and supplier domains.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying quality principles throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to uphold rigorous quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications
  • Must have ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start
  • bachelor's degree or higher preferrably in a STEM field or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Experience working with suppliers and/or manufacturing in a dynamic environment
Desired Skills
  • Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts that will enable development and review of Quality Engineering processes, and related Performance Metrics.
  • Experience with AS9102 (First Article Inspection) methodology / implementation and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with Engineering and Technology, Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, Reliability Engineering, and other program stakeholders
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
