TriCom Technical Services is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Lead to support a major ERP implementation initiative and to build the organization’s first dedicated QA function.

You will establish testing best practices, coach teams, and drive quality across ERP modules, integrations, and business processes. The role partners with business stakeholders, developers, and ERP teams to create a disciplined testing strategy and a scalable QA approach for future projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, business analysis, software development, or related fields.
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations or large-scale business system projects.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Sr. Quality Assurance Lead

Summary

TriCom is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Lead to support a major ERP implementation initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the organization's first dedicated QA function, establish best practices in testing, and drive quality across ERP modules, integrations, and business processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in software quality assurance and a passion for coaching teams, implementing testing frameworks, and ensuring successful project outcomes. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, process leads, developers, and ERP teams to create a disciplined and scalable testing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP testing across modules, integrations, releases, and go-live activities.
• Establish QA processes, documentation standards, and defect management practices.
• Coach business users and project teams on test planning, execution, and issue reporting.

• Identify opportunities for automated regression testing and future QA tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, business analysis, software development, or a combination of related experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations or large-scale business system projects.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Familiarity with automated regression testing strategies and tools.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Background in software development or business analysis.
