The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our enterprise QA team in a hybrid, W2 contract role.

The candidate will design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium, Java and Cucumber, and will perform API and database testing to ensure release quality. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of QA automation experience, strong communication, and ownership of automation initiatives within an Agile environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join an enterprise QA team supporting Encino application testing. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions while partnering closely with developers, QA professionals, and Agile team members throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Cucumber, along with experience in API and database testing. This individual should be a strong communicator, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of automation initiatives within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
