Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with hands-on Selenium and C# skills to design and maintain automated tests and robust frameworks. You will collaborate with multiple teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality and reliability.

The role focuses on building Page Object Model and data-driven solutions, executing tests, analyzing results, and assisting in defect resolution while aligning with project delivery timelines.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium and C# to develop and maintain effective automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building robust automation frameworks and collaborating with multiple teams in an Agile environment.

In this role, you will

• Analyze application requirements and identify suitable test automation scenarios.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using the Page Object Model and data-driven approaches.
• Perform test execution, analyze results, and support the resolution of identified defects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support quality objectives and successful project delivery.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Raleigh, NC.
