Tech Rakers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer to lead enterprise-level document generation initiatives in the United States.

The role focuses on designing templates, configuring workflows, and migrating legacy forms to Quadient Inspire Scaler, Designer, and Interactive. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, implement, and optimize document-generation workflows, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Scaler, Designer, and Interactive to support enterprise-level document composition and workflow automation initiatives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and optimizing document-generation workflows. This includes developing new templates, enhancing existing templates, configuring workflows, and migrating legacy forms and document-generation solutions to the Quadient Inspire platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement document composition applications using Quadient Inspire.
• Build and configure master workflows using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.
• Develop new document templates and perform major/minor modifications to existing templates.
• Configure and support Quadient Inspire Scaler for document composition and workflow requirements.
• Troubleshoot, review, and optimize existing templates and workflows.
• Import and migrate forms from legacy document-generation platforms to Quadient Inspire.
• Design solutions supporting seamless form migration and document workflow automation.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, and platform upgrades.
• Provide technical guidance on environment setup, configurations, and enterprise standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

Required Technical Skills – MUST HAVE

• Document composition and template development.
• Workflow configuration and document automation.
• Legacy form/template migration to Quadient Inspire.
• Troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of existing templates.

Good to Have

• Adobe Acrobat.
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Ransack.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level document-generation environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler.
• Strong working knowledge of Inspire Designer and Interactive (R15/R16).
• Experience developing, modifying, and optimizing document templates.
• Practical experience migrating legacy forms and document workflows.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and enhance document composition solutions.
• Available to join within 2 weeks or sooner.
