Overview

The Senior QA Lead is responsible for owning end-to-end quality across applications, leading QA strategy, guiding automation and manual testing efforts, and mentoring a team of QA engineers. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep hands-on automation expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to design scalable test frameworks while driving continuous improvement across the SDLC.

• **Skills:**Strong communication, problem-solving, design, ability to build and manage automation frameworks, Reviewing the PRs and mentor team members
• **Primary Scope:**API Testing, Web Site/Application Testing, Security Testing, Batch System Testing, Performance Testing and Integration Testing, Database Testing. Leading the QA team and owning total quality.
