Publicly listed since 2004, KRG has nearly 60 years of experience in developing, constructing, and operating real estate.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Property Manager to join our team and manage our retail portfolio of 1.2 million square feet across 7 shopping centers in Naperville and Oak Brook, IL. This role involves overseeing the net operating income performance, developing strategies to maximize asset value, managing budgets, supervising maintenance staff, and handling operational responsibilities like tenant relations, vendor management, and marketing events. Additional duties include:

  • Overseeing daily property management functions.
  • Preparing annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Supporting leasing activities and developing property-specific business plans.
  • Maintaining property standards and managing tenant finances.
  • Monitoring and reducing property risks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, budget creation, and report preparation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant commercial property management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training on MRI and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite visits.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of leasing, marketing, and property operations.
