What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned retail properties to maximize asset value and NOI
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting as required by clients
• Manage contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property maintenance
• Build relationships to retain current clients and pursue new business opportunities
• Support the leasing team by understanding the leasing process effectively
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• College graduate preferred
• TX Real Estate License required within 90 days
• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
