Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team of project managers.
• Leading projects of suitable scope and complexity.
• Managing timelines and budgets.
• Engaging in pre-sales activities for upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

• PE in the state of Texas.
• Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven track record in project management, adept at balancing multiple deadlines and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and employees to build lasting relationships.
• Previous experience in program management within an AEC-related firm.
• Proven success in securing contracts with TxDOT.
• Strong track record of winning projects with county and municipal agencies.
