  • Step in as a leader on complex or at‑risk projects when needed
  • Drive consistency in project and portfolio management practices, tools, and reporting
  • Champion a continuous improvement, value‑driven, and Agile mindset across teams
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leader of both projects and people, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams
  • Strong background in process improvement and cross‑functional project delivery
  • Comfort influencing senior leaders and teams without direct authority
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to balance strategy, people leadership, and execution in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field (required)
  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, or operations leadership
  • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience (required)
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑level, cross‑functional programs with significant business impact
  • Advanced experience in continuous improvement methodologies
  • PMP or equivalent certification required
  • Proven experience managing project portfolios
  • Strong financial acumen, including business case development and benefit realization tracking
Preferred:
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline)
  • Experience operating in multi‑site, enterprise, or highly matrixed environments
  • Background leading large‑scale transformation initiatives or strategic programs
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean, Agile, and portfolio management frameworks
  • Experience with executive‑level reporting and governance structures
  • Track record of building or scaling project management or continuous improvement functions
  • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, or P&L‑impacting initiatives
