While projects may include systems or technology components, the primary focus is on process improvement, execution discipline, and the delivery of measurable business impact.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with leaders and cross‑functional teams to define requirements, build realistic plans, manage dependencies, and ensure work progresses effectively. We will provide visibility into short‑, medium‑, and long‑term project pipelines, proactively identify risks and issues, and help stabilize or “rescue” at‑risk projects. The role also reinforces standardized project and portfolio management practices across the organization.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
