Location: Lake Oswego, OR. Position type: Full‑time exempt.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads multiple structural engineering projects, provides technical leadership, and ensures design quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub‑consultants.
• Develops new clients and participates in writing proposals.
• Coordinates and manages client requests and needs.
• Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.
• Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.
• Reviews design and production deliverables, ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering.
• Master’s in Structural (a plus).
• Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ten or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Concrete Design.
• Steel Design.

Salary

Salary Range: $138,000k - $182,000k/yr.
