Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Sr. Project Manager- Structural for our Lake Oswego, OR office. This hybrid role leads structural engineering projects across commercial/industrial and infrastructure sectors, coordinating with clients and staff to deliver high‑quality designs on schedule.

You will manage multiple projects, develop proposals, supervise technical delivery, and ensure compliance with PACE standards. A P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ten or more years of Civil/Structural Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of concrete and steel design.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
• Develop new clients and participate in writing proposals.
• Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
• Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.
• Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.
• Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.
