**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Manage up to four highly complex projects and some moderate to simple complexity projects annually.
- Oversee all phases of project management through the Product Development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build development roadmaps and project schedules.
- Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Communicate project status effectively, including schedule variances and mitigation options.

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 12+ years of IT PMO experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required
- Agile knowledge and experience with process improvement
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent negotiation abilities
