What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage up to four highly complex projects and moderate to simple complexity projects annually
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process
- Define key performance parameters and generate regular variance reports
- Negotiate for project resources with Engineering Resource Managers
- Maintain project schedules and communicate status, including variances and mitigation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of IT PMO experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required
- Advanced understanding of resource allocation and data analysis skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
