Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal public works projects in the Seattle area. You’ll build strong client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver quality work while managing project budgets, schedules, and business goals.

Experience with municipal clients is ideal. You will lead projects from proposal through delivery, maintain client communications, coordinate teams, monitor scope and finances, and prepare proposals and updates.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in civil engineering, public works, environmental services, land planning, surveying, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental studies, land planning, surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects, client relationships, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
  • Collaborative, dependable, client‑focused approach and ability to work independently.
  • Professional registration or certification such as PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, or PS is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Atwell is looking for a Project Manager to lead municipal public works projects in the Seattle area. You’ll build strong client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver quality work while managing project budgets, schedules, and business goals.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering, public works, environmental services, land planning, surveying, or a related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental studies, land planning, surveying, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects, client relationships, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
  • A collaborative, dependable, client‑focused approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional registration or certification, such as PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, or PS, is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay Range

$120,000 — $155,000 USD
