Job summary

An industry-leading online casino and sportsbook in Philadelphia is looking for a Sr. Project Manager. In this hybrid role, you will manage iGaming and Sports based products and mentor junior team members. Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of project management experience in a technical environment, a strong command of project methodologies, and the ability to foster relationships within and outside the organization.

Industry leading online casino and sportsbook, is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team in Philadelphia!

To note: this role is weekly hybrid role going into the office three times a week

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of our iGaming and Sports based products.
• Manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery while also implementing processes to drive efficiency.
• Work closely with our product, internal development and 3rd party development teams to ensure timely product releases, facilitate effective communication, and implement processes to increase product efficiencies.
• Build mutually beneficial and fruitful relationships with our many partners and guide the relationships forward both on an internal and external basis.
• With your experience and knowledge you will also be a source of mentorship to some of our more junior team contributors.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a project management experience managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communication or another quantitative field.
• Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more PM methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with external teams.
• Ability to work effectively, independently as well as in cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with external development teams – our technical partners are based in Europe and therefore remote communication and management are important skills
• Experience in project management in the iGaming, casino platform and sportsbook industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and Project tools.
