We are seeking a Project Manager to join our internal Business Applications team and lead the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics across our organization. This is a high-visibility role requiring a hands-on project leader with experience managing large-scale ERP/CRM initiatives in a corporate environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of 300+ employees, ensuring flawless planning, tracking, and execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end project management of the Microsoft Dynamics implementation, including scope, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for task tracking, sprint planning, and project reporting, ensuring transparent and organized workflows.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, meeting agendas, and post-meeting documentation to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues before they become blockers.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and foster strong communication across technical, business, and leadership teams.
• Leverage your analytical mindset to anticipate needs and design practical solutions for a smooth implementation.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of the new platform across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, OR 12+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing ERP/CRM implementations (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for project tracking and team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on scheduling, documentation, and meeting management.
• Business Analyst experience or a background in requirements gathering is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
