Job Title: Go-To-Market Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST)
Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Contractor to support cross-functional initiatives that drive Go-To-Market (GTM) alignment, operational excellence, and revenue impact. You will be a strategic thinker and execution powerhouse who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and other functional partners to deliver key projects managed by GTM Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end GTM projects and programs, including product launches, sales enablement initiatives, tech stack implementations, and process optimizations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Build and maintain project plans, identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Optimize project workflows and introduce best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Monitor project performance and report on KPIs, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and proposing scalable solutions.
  • Support strategic planning and quarterly business reviews through input on project impact and roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth B2B technology company.
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps) and their interdependencies.
  • Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification or experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
