This position will be a member of the Finance Program Management function under the Finance Enablement unit within the Finance organization.
Essential Job Functions:
Leads cross-functional Finance project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, including directing third-party resources and virtual teams.
Orients team members on Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.
Supports business case development, project prioritization, funding plan creation, and pipeline management.
Works with IT Project Managers to divide responsibilities across project management functions.
Develops and manages project plans specific to Finance initiatives.
Coordinates all aspects of Finance resources project execution, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Monitors project progress, addresses issues and risks, and manages dependencies.
Manages project budgets, resources, and timelines.
Ensures adherence to project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Supports change management, communication, and training efforts.
Documents and transfers knowledge to business functions, conducts lessons learned.
Provides leadership, mentorship, and manages deliverables and documentation.
Coordinates with stakeholders to align on project goals.
Stays current on emerging technologies and project management best practices.
Builds relationships with management, influencing and communicating effectively.
Works well in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications/Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in financial services industry preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of complex project management experience.
Knowledge of project lifecycle tools (Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.).
PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
Certifications like Agile CSM, CPO, SAFe are valued.
Experience with Workday is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $105,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience and location.
